Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
Please share your order ID, reason for return, and clear images/videos of the product. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
